Strength and Conditioning Class: Lower Focus $180No purchase required to enroll

Classes held Mondays and Thursdays. The goal of the Lower Body focus classes are to provide bodily adaptations through targeted lower body muscular energy taxation. Each class utilizes a push lift and a pull lift to create total training of the lower body. Our training revolves around the barbell back squat as our main push, and using the hips as the center focus for the body. We use the dead lift and it’s multiple variations as the center pull of our training. The power clean is trained in our advanced group training program. Since each day we are training the body as a single unit, the upper body energy taxation revolves around auxiliary conditioning in the accessory muscle groups.

Classes held Tuesdays and Fridays. The goal of the Upper Body focus classes are to provide bodily adaptation through targeted upper body muscular energy taxation. The main focus lifts for our Upper Body classes revolves around the Bench Press and the Overhead Press. All lifting days incorporate a push and a pull lift. The Upper Body pulls utilized in our classes incorporate pull up, chin ups, and multiple row variations. Since each day we are training the body as a single unit, the lower body energy taxation revolves around auxiliary conditioning in dynamic movements.

Strength and Conditioning Class: Conditioning Focus

Classes help Wednesdays and Saturdays. Conditioning, as defined by East Side Athletic Club, is a high intensity training method that taxes the body’s cardiovascular system through strength and speed based activity. Our conditioning is broken down into the two categories: 1) Speed and Agility 2) Auxiliary Strength. Speed and agility conditioning utilizes athletic protocols to promote bodily adaptation through the incorporation of fast twitch muscle and elevated cardiovascular activity. Auxiliary strength conditioning utilizes strength based activities that elevate cardiovascular response through movements that promote strength in accessory muscle groups. Conditioning Focus days are designed to give strength based energy systems rest, while providing accessory energy systems with taxation through the use of dynamic upper body, lower body, and core movements.

Class help on Saturdays at 10:00 am. Conditioning, as defined by East Side Athletic Club, is a high intensity training method that taxes the body’s cardiovascular system through strength and speed based activity. Our conditioning is broken down into the two categories: 1) Speed and Agility 2) Auxiliary Strength. Speed and agility conditioning utilizes athletic protocols to promote bodily adaptation through the incorporation of fast twitch muscle and elevated cardiovascular activity. Auxiliary strength conditioning utilizes strength based activities that elevate cardiovascular response through movements that promote strength in accessory muscle groups. Classes held Mon - Fri at noon. The goal of the Lunch Power Hour Classes are to provide bodily adaptation through upper body and lower body muscular energy taxation. Classes are programmed in an consolidated time manner to allow you to train without compromising your daily life. The main focus lifts are comprised of Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Overhead Press. All lifting days incorporate a push and a pull lift. Since each day we are training the body as a single unit, training will revolve around 1 hour sessions designed to give you a complete training workout of Strength and Conditioning through barbell patterns. Each day will comprise of main movement and accessory conditioning lifts. Lifting days will be carried out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesdays and Saturdays are designated complete system Conditioning days.

One on One coaching

Clients receive coaches focused attention for the entire session. Your coach will create a program to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

Class Member 1-on-1 Coaching

Participants receive a personalized coaching plan for each session. Session may include up to ten participants each following their individual plan while receiving feedback from the coach.
